Morning Sickness - hints
for remedies
| Ginger |
This can help all kinds of sickness
including travel sickness. It is safe to eat ginger during
pregnancy, and there are quite a few different types that you might
like. Crystalised ginger and ginger snack bars are usually found in
the health food section of the supermarket. Some mums report that
the Ginger used in Asian particularly Japanese cooking (thin slices) are
good. Ginger biscuits (Annas ginger thins) are also great. Try
and experiment with the best one to suit you. |
| Biccies in Bed |
Before getting out of
bed - some dry biscuits (savoy, sayo etc) are often a help. Get your
partner to make a hot cup of tea and some toast. Some readers have
said that hot toast with cold tomato slices with lots of salt and pepper
does it for them. |
